I used the g2ctl script to generate a ctl file for a grb2 data file
successfully.<br>

But when I tried:<br>
gribmap -0 -i pgbh01.gdas.197904.ctl <br>
AND<br>
gribmap -v -b -i pgbh01.gdas.197904.ctl <br>
<br>
I got this error message:<br>
<br>
Open Error: Data file type invalid<br>
--> The invalid description file record is: <br>
--> dtype grib2<br>
The data file was not opened.<br>
<br>
