<div>I need water vapor data for whole atmosferic column. I have read that it can be found in NCEP/NCAR reanalysis page but I don´t find in this page ( <a href="http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.html" target="_blank">http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.html</a> ).</div>

<div>If you have a recent opengrads bundle installed you will have convenient access to the NASA MERRA re-analysis through OPeNDAP; in particular, running the "merra" utility will pop-up a GUI giving you access to pretty much the whole dataset. There are a few recipes in the Cookbook dealing with MERRA in GrADS, check these out:</div>
