<p>Hello All,<br>I'm doing snow Research and looking for a program to covert the climate prediction center (CPC) Northern Hemosphere raw weekly snow data (in 1's and 0's) into a useable number. I don't have much coding experience or computer science background, so i'm not sure how to covert the data myself, or what program to use. Also I don't have any fortran compiler. The CPC does covert the data into a nice table format, but they don't keep it up todate.
