Try "set display color white"<br><br>Also, when you change the default background color, default color numbers 0 and 1 (background and foreground) change accordingly. If you use any 'set string _...' line in your script that changes the text color to black or white, you may be just covering the text with the background color. <br>

gribmap not executing, and having to change the script to be csh; now I had to
put the absolute paths to items within other scripts to things like shape
files.</p>

white (on a white background) or not printing all together, and the text next
to my color scale (<a href="http://cbarm.gs" target="_blank">cbarm.gs</a>) is also not showing.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">My assumption is I'm printing white on white… how do I
define the color for the title and the text next to the color scale?</p>
