Currently I am making station value maps using maskouts to print values
in colours.<br>
<br>
Now I am making a barb type map with windvectors u and v, and I am
wondering how to give them the right colours.<br>
The dataset has windvectors u and v, as well as values for windforce
(knots) and winddirection (360 degrees).<br>
<br>
u and v are bidirectional, i.e. they can point in a 'negative'
direction.<br>
I could use the windforce for the masking but I do not know how that
would work.<br>
<br>
If I use abs() in the maskout formula all arrows will effectively point
to one quadrant.<br>
