I set the domain covering the entire Philippines and have the model output but I want to compare my results to observed data (station data) and the stations are distributed uneven and very coarse so I'd like to do some interpolation with the gridpoints value using other software (e.g. surfer). So I'd like to find out how many grid points I might consider in every corresponding station.

Thank you very much and I'll be waiting for you response...

Marcelino Villafuerte II
Graduate student
Ateneo de Manila University
Philippines
