<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Which is the easiest way to crete the .dat file in
order to plot the wind barbs?</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>I have already a fortan file and the relative .ctl
file, which created by Dr. Wang Xiucheng (attached files), but I have
problem in compilation process, due to the recordtype=stream
