  Mike Fiorino's Regrid which has been translated into C for eventual inclusion 
  as a built in function in GrADS. (I am *not* looking for the UDF 
  implementation in FORTRAN that most of us have been using). Apparently a user 
  contributed such a function a couple of years ago. Any pointers greatly 
  appreciated, I've not been very lucky in my web
