<div>Grads only wraps the longitude if it thinks the data is a global
dataset. Since 0.083 * 4320 < 360 grads assumes that it isn't
a global dataset. Change 0.083 to 0.083333 in your xdef line of
the ctl file and it should realize that the data is global.</div>
