Fedora Core 4 distro.</FONT></DIV>

much of this is trial and error. Rather than working from root, I created a new
user called grads.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have unpacked the binaries tar folder, and placed
them in the grads home directory so that the path looks like</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>gradsc is executing, I can open the example model
file from the tutorial pages. However, it throws up errors because it cannot
find the data files (fonts, hires, lowres etc).</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I`ve placed the data files in</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>/home/grads/data</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>and tried</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><FONT size=2>setenv GADDIR
/home/grads/data</FONT></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>But bash throws up and error saying command
unknown. It doesn`t recognise setenv.</FONT></DIV>

should I be placing these data files (fonts etc)?</FONT></DIV>
