If you only want to ADD extra lines to the map generated by hires, and
not interested in modifying any of its existing lines, you can create
another map data set just defining the division of your provinces, and
open both the map data sets at the same time. To create GrADS readable
map data sets from ASCII files of coordinates, you can use my FORTRAN
program enclosed.<br>
