<P><BR><BR>I amnew member of this group.I am using grads for analysis of grided data(netcdf format).Its is models output in which model is giving precipation over south asia region.I want to get area average precipation over a region which include ocean.But I want to take area average over land only(note precipation has non zero value at ocean points.)I have searched the command </P>
<P>aave(maskout(pre,mask.3(t=1),x=1,x=72,y=1,y=46))</P>
<P>but it is not working also i dont know what is mask.3.</P>
