check to see if they were correct and then in the grads useable format(<u><strong>GRADS_BIN.dat</strong></u>).
I then made <u><strong>GRADS.ctl.</strong></u> I know the .ctl file
is accessing the GRADS_BIN.dat file, because I change the WINDSPEED
value in the first row from 5 to 10 and the plot in grads changes. It
looks nothing like I want it to long like though.</div>
