[gradsusr] Writing grib2 from netcdf in GrADS

Hello GrADS users,
I am able to display WRF model fields in netcdf format as per attached ctl
file. According to this site
https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/wesley/g2grb.html, I can write some
fields into grib2 format. I have been able to download g2grb2.gs from that
site. However, this script needs template.grb2 for it to work. I am not
able to download template.grb2 from that site.
If anyone has this script, please assist.
Alternatively if someone has a way of writing netcdf to grib2, I would
appreciate assistance. I have tried cdo, but it doesn't work. I have tried
to install UPP, which is impossible to install.
I will appreciate your help.
