[gradsusr] libpng15.so.15: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

This turned out to be a simple fix...once I figured out what needed to be
done:

cd /usr/lib64
rm libpng15.so.15
ln -s libpng15.so.15.12.0 libpng15.so.15

The incorrect softlink was to libpng15.so.15.*13*.0
