[gradsusr] GrADS on RHEL 8

Afternoon everyone,

I'm trying to get a working version of GrADS on a RHEL8 system. Haven't 
been successful with the 2.2.0 or 2.2.1 precompiled binaries and 
libraries at http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/downloads.php , so I'm trying to 
compile from the source code.  Running into issues however with either 
gdlib or cairo when I attempt this (also trying the 2.2.3 source code at 
https://github.com/j-m-adams/GrADS ).  So, checking to see if success 
has been achieved with RHEL 8 and the specific steps needed to get a 
working version going.  Thanks much for any help,
