[gradsusr] GrADS Script Library

The GrADS script library has been migrated from ftp to http. You can access the library from this URL:
http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/library.html
Clicking on the name of a script will load it in the browser. Thanks to Tom Wakefield for transferring the files.

You have to copy the link and use an ftp client. The script is there, browsers just don't use FTP protocol anymore.
