[gradsusr] Problem with CFSv2 grib

Hi,

In the last week partial https download of CFS v2 grib2 files has stopped
working for me. An example command is:

get_inv.pl
https://www.ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/data/nccf/com/cfs/prod/cfs/cfs.20220702/00/6hrly_grib_01/flxf2022070206.01.2022070200.grb2.idx
| egrep ":(TMAX.(2 m above ground)|TMIN.(2 m above ground)):" | PERL
get_grib.pl
https://www.ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/data/nccf/com/cfs/prod/cfs/cfs.20220702/00/6hrly_grib_01/flxf2022070206.01.2022070200.grb2
F:\wwwroot\GradsResources\nwp\cfs\grib2\flxf2022070206.01.2022070200.grb2

The response I get is:

missing wgrib inventory
No download! No matching grib fields

I've tried making the calls from two different servers on different IP
address ranges.

Is anywhere aware of why this has stopped working or what the problem is?
