[gradsusr] Issue Entire Grid Undefined

Hi Muhammad,

It does not look like the 7th netcdf file has a time dimension, just lat 
and lon.  So, 'set time 1jan2008' won't work.  You might get lucky with 
'set t 1' for the first time-step, otherwise you may need to create a 
descriptor file for that one.
