[gradsusr] GFS APCP changes

Hello, 

Could anybody explain what changed since last GFS upgrade related to
APCP variable?
My code is broken showing almost no rain at all. 

I've read the doc:
https://www.weather.gov/media/notification/pdf2/scn21-20_gfsv16.0_aac.pdf


There's not any mention to precipitation and APCP variable.

Didn't find also any changes in the grib files using wgrib2 tool.
