[gradsusr] Can't view in GrADS

Hello,

I have a script to read a CFS file that I have downloaded.  I created 
the ctl file and have the index file.  But, all I get it a blank image.  
I checked the file in another program (WCT) and it does contain data.   
Please, what am I doing wrong?
