[gradsusr] Installing 2.2.1 on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,

I'm relatively new to Ubuntu and have very little knowledge of its nuts and
bolts as I come from a Windows background. Therefore, apologies if this is
wrong or misleading, but to install GrADS I simply run the following
command from a terminal:

sudo apt install grads

It seems to install GrADS and its dependencies successfully, however it is
version 2.2.0.

Can someone tell me how to either upgrade to 2.2.1 or install it from
scratch?
