[gradsusr] vint using different ctl files

Dear Joseph,

I think you can modify the first ctl file and add the options template
line. Then modifying the zdef to specify vertical levels and its increment
as follows.

options template
zdef 13 levels 85000 80000 75000  35000 30000 25000 20000 15000 10000 7000
5000 4000 3000 2000
options pascals

I hope this will works.
