[gradsusr] Legend missing when no shading information

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to avoid the fact that when there's no shading info, map legend
isn't shown, using cbar.gs. Also titles and map info appear different and
uglier. I know it seems stupid, but on an animation makes video look no
nice and seems like an error. Does anyone know how to avoid that?
