[gradsusr] Plotting 60 degrees north!!

Hello Users, 

Just a quick question, when plotting a graph we normally have to to use
a simple code such as 'set lat 50':'set lon -2.50' as per set location
but can anyone advise on how to plot the 60 degree north area for a line
graph? Specifically for a zonal wind graph.
