[gradsusr] Plotting a symbol in a TIME-LAT plot in GrADS

Dear GrADS experts,

I want to make a similar plot as in the attached file.
This is a Time-Latitude cross section. I want to add a TC symbol say at
time 40, lat 10 N.

How can I do this in GrADS? I cant find any example.

I'll appreciate any help on this.
