[gradsusr] Regarding conversion of (*.GRD & *.CTL) data in netCDF format

Dear Users,
I want to convert my data GrADS (*.grd and *.ctl) into netCDF format.
description of my GrADS data is:

  Xsize = 360  Ysize = 180  Zsize = 40  Tsize = 12  Esize = 1
  Number of Variables = 1
     ma_mbc1  40  99  NONE

I am able to do it if I fix the Z size or the T size. But how to convert
the full data multilevel and all time steps together.
Please suggest.
