It is not a problem with the graphics library in GrADS, it is more of an issue with the .pdf rendering software. The Preview App on Mac is not as good as Adobe Pro (you get what you pay for), and you won’t see those lines in professionally published articles.

Hi Kyle,

I just posted a similar problem several days ago.

They said that this is related to the graphics library.
Try to use a different output format (PNG or JPEG).
