[gradsusr] white lines on pdf after Mac update to Catalina

Hi GrADS users,

I recently updated my MacBook Pro to Catalina. I am running GrADS v2.1.1, and pdfs that I print now contain white lines (see example pdf attached) using the following syntax:

   'gxprint test.pdf white'

Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
