[gradsusr] GrADS and Mac OS Catalina

Has anyone had luck getting GrADS to work with Catalina.  We recently upgraded, and GrADS is looking for
many libraries that either are in a different place or don't exist.  Any thoughts on how to do a proper
GrADS install would be greatly appreciated.
