[gradsusr] [EXTERNAL] gribmap won't scan through all templated files

Yes! It was the EDEF entries that was the cause of the failure! Thank you,
Jennifer!

I generally don't use gribmap with -e. I was just trying it as a potential
solution and that happened to be the particular instance I sent in the
email.
