[gradsusr] error opening JRA-55 output

Dear Andrew,

>From your ctl file I understand that it's created using the grib2ctl
method. I created another ctl file using the CDO 'gradsdes' function (cdo
gradsdes anl_surf125.195801), and it works with your data. Please find
attached herewith the .ctl and .gmp files generated using CDO. The variable
names starting with numbers are edited in the attached ctl file. My
opengrads version is 'v2.0.2.oga.2' and the CDO version is '1.9.8'.
