[gradsusr] Gribmap not found ??

Hello,
is there any reason for the new versions of grads for windows not to have
gribmap?

I checked these files and did not find the gribmap.

opengrads-2.2.1.oga.1-bundle-i686-pc-cygwin.tar.gz
grads-2.2.1.oga.1-win32_superpack(1).exe

In the new windows 10 you can use ubuntu. In this case I used the file
opengrads-2.2.1.oga.1-bundle-x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-glibc_2.17.tar.gz and this
one has gribmap. Linux always makes me happy.
