[gradsusr] Speed of animation

Hi ;
I am a beginner on grads.
I just opened a file on grads, and I specify the parameters LON, LAT and
also the parameter T to have an animation of the variable wanted according
to the time, but the speed of the animation is too fast, I want to know how
can I slow it down?
