[gradsusr] About OpenGrADS

Hi Yared, it looks like NCEP's GrADS data server is running on port 9090, not 80.

Thus the url is

https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:9090/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190226/gfs_0p25_00z
