[gradsusr] About OpenGrADS

Hi @ all
I had a problem with a new Grads 2.2.1.oga.1 in window 10. After installation I used without any problem for a week but now it is doesn’t access the grads server. When I trying to open by link http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190226/gfs_0p25_00z in OpenGrADS, after Scanning it displays like this:-
 
Error: nc_open failed to open file http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190226/gfs_0p25_00z
NetCDF: I/O failure 

How can I fix this problem? Anyone can help me please?
