[gradsusr] Problem with Nomads servers

Hi there,  

The script is basically the same as yours that you posted previously but
I've tried to alter it to download all variables but just for the N
Hemisphere using this url: 

https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/filter_gfs_0p25.pl?file=gfs.t00z.pgrb2.0p25.f001&all_lev=on&all_var=on&subregion=&leftlon=0&rightlon=360&toplat=0&bottomlat=-90&dir=%2Fgfs.20190707%2F00


I've added the little arrows like such 'on^& ' but the url just comes
back with an error 404. Thank you in advance.
