[gradsusr] Will grads be in spack?

Hi, Tom — 
Spack works just like your fairy godmother! 'spack install grads’ — if only it were that easy. RPMs, dockerized containers, macports, spack install packages, windows builds  — these things happen only when somebody desperately needs to have GrADS installed and there is no other possible alternative, and a qualified person is coerced or paid to do it. 

The short answer to your question is, “There are no plans to add grads to Spack.” :-)
