Hi Yared,

Here’s documentation on opening grib files: http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/grib.html

Once you have the data open in GrADS, you can use ‘sdfwrite’ to save as netcdf: http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsdfwrite.html
