[gradsusr] Windows 8 issues?

All,

   Anybody running OpenGrADS 2.2.1 successfully on Windows 8? I do not have
Windows 8 available, so I am at a loss to debug it. It would be good to
know if there is a general problem on Windows 8, or only for some users.
