[gradsusr] Automatically apply default GrADS color scale

Hi GrADS users,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to automatically
determine the default GrADS color scale, and then using that information
apply it to 'color.gs' (instead of having to change it manually)?

For example,

'color 0 90 5 -kind white->grainbow'


As


'color *{default GrADS min, max, interval}* -kind->grainbow'
