[gradsusr] OpenGrADS 2.2.1 for macOS: Available for Testing

All,

I am glad to share with you a new build of the OpenGrADS Bundle
v2.2.1.oga.1 for macOS:

These binaries require at least macOS 10.9 (Mavericks).  Builds for earlier
versions of macOS will depend on the results of the 2019 Platform Survey
<https://goo.gl/forms/ANQcgA57q6J0hHoI3>, or else if someone contributes
such a build.

Notice that this macOS build comes in 2 flavors: a tar.gz ball and an
installation package (.pkg). Try the pkg version for a more familiar Apple
install experience; in this case most files are installed under
/Applications/OpenGrADS, with symlinks installed on /opt/local/bin (instead
of /usr/local/bin where COLA grads usually installs, so you can keep both
versions just in case.) For instructions on installation from the tar.gz
ball see the INSTALL file above.

In any case, it is better to unset any GrADS environment variable that you
may have set (GADDIR, GAUDPT, etc.) to avoid the 2 distributions from
getting entangled. For sure, you do not want to have GAUDPT pointing to
another build. (It is OK to set GASCRP to point to your own script
location, though.)
