[gradsusr] About accessing GrADS Data Server

Dear sir/madam 
how are you doing?
This is Yared Godine from Ethiopia.

I am trying to access GrADS Data Server (GDS) in cola.gmu.edu website.
https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190215/gfs_0p25_00z.info
after this by taking the final link which is 
http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p25/gfs20190214/gfs_0p25_00z
and opening in grads software using sdfopen command, the grads software displays the following:-

ga-> sdfopen http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p50/gfs20190214/gfs_0p50_00z
Scanning self-describing file:  http://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p50/gfs20190214/gfs_0p50_00z
gaopnc error: nc_open failed to open filehttp://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov:80/dods/gfs_0p50/gfs20190214/gfs_0p50_00z
read_metadata: gaopnc failed
gadsdf: Couldn't ingest SDF metadata. 

Please help me how can I fix this problem?
