[gradsusr] Problem with Nomads servers

Opengrads 2.2.1 for Linux users is now available @
https://sourceforge.net/projects/opengrads/files/grads2/2.2.1.oga.1/Linux/
It allows you access HTTPS opendap URLs. I hope the Windows version will be
available soon.
