[gradsusr] How to calculate mass-weighted mean of temperature?

Hello all,I need to calculate the mass-weighted mean of temperature within the
troposphere (1000mb~200mb). Can anyone advise me if there is a way to do
it by GrADS? What will be the unit?
I have used vint(), but the results look strange.
