Hello everyone,

I am trying to use the %f3 as a substitution component for the forecast hours. However, my forecast time varies from 0024 to 5160 hours and %f3 does not work for more than 3 digits, even though the Grads tutorial says that it works when "more digits added for hours >999; hour values increase indefinitely".

In other words, it works for forecast hours above 1032 hours but does not work for those below.
Has anyone faces this kind of problem and could help me??

My template file is like that:
