[gradsusr] converting csv or text file to .ctl file

Hi all

I am very confused about creating a .ctl file for a text file or CSV file.
Please, anyone, help to create a .ctl file for CSV or text file. And I have
.cdf file which I can not open in grads. Please help me to read this.
