[gradsusr] Hurricane Track Map oddities

Hi all,

I’ve been attempting to plot the hurricane track maps using the GFS Ensemble for the Coral Sea region.  I’ve tried using the cone.gs script to plot the uncertainty track and also the ensemble track map however both appear to be getting confused by a secondary low forming which throws off the tracks? I was wondering if anyone has had this issue when dealing with ensemble tracks before.
