[gradsusr] Regarding Grads Version 2.2.0

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anybody has built Grads v2.2.0 on MacOS or knows when
the binaries will be made available. I have tried compiling the
supplementary libraries to no avail and was wondering how I could go about
building it. I'm currently using version 2.0.2 but would like to move to a
newer version. I would appreciate any help in this regard.
