[gradsusr] Plotting meteogram_GDS.gs

Now you’ve got the right page size: 11x11

This means X11 (or XQuartz if you’re on a Mac) is not running or else maybe your connection to the server where you are running GrADS does not include X forwarding. Using “ssh -Y” usually fixes this.
